
New Year's Eve Celebration!
Join us for a festive evening at historic Pierpont's at Union Station to celebrate the coming of a new year with a three-course prix fixe menu curated by our chef team!
The menu for this evening will consist of Pierpont's dinner menu favorites, as well as dishes created specifically for the occasion. The three-course prix fixe menu will be the only menu offered for dinner service and is priced at $90 per person!
New Year's Menu:
1st Course
Wedge Salad gf - bacon, chives, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, lemon parmesan dressing.
Caesar Salad* - romaine, shaved parmesan, herb croutons, Caesar dressing
Crab Cake - dijonnaise, smoked tomato relish, lemon-dressed arugula
Champagne Rocket v gf – arugula, candied pistachios, green apples, strawberries, champagne vinaigrette
Lobster Mac N' Cheese - smoked gouda cream, creole spiced gremolata
2nd Course
7oz Filet Mignon* - cognac demi-glace, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, asparagus
14oz Prime KC Strip* gf - roasted garlic whipped potatoes, green beans
14oz Ribeye* gf - roasted garlic whipped potatoes, green beans
Surf N' Turf* - 5oz filet, 4oz lobster tail, drawn butter, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, asparagus (+$15)
Pan-Seared Chilean Salmon* gfo -himalayan rice, crispy capers, broccolini,
sumac, lemon chili butter, maple dijon glaze
Roasted Amish Half Chicken gf – duck fat polenta, marinated tomatoes, shallot soubise
