Pierpont's at Union Station is in search of highly motivated, team-oriented, good humans, who simply love hospitality to add to our front-of-house team. At this time, we are searching for both servers and server assistants. Pierpont's is an award-winning, fine dining restaurant located in Union Station.

A line cook's main responsibility is to satisfy our guests by providing them with the highest quality food product possible. This position will include, but will not be limited to, setting up the station properly for a successful service according to mise-en-place guidelines, menu item portioning, preparation, proper storage, and rotation of all food products. Additional jobs may include assisting in other areas of the kitchen. A line cook will maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workstation at all times. Teamwork and cooperation with all employees are essential, and good communication skills are important. Prior culinary experience is strongly desired.

A dishwasher's main responsibility is to provide our guests and culinary staff with the cleanest dishes and utensils possible. This position will include, but will not be limited to, setting up the station properly for a successful service according to mise-en-place guidelines, proper storage of clean items, and proper operation of ware washing machinery, while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary workstation at all times. Additional jobs may include assisting in other areas of the kitchen. Teamwork and cooperation with all employees are essential, and good communication skills are very important.
